Yes — we strongly recommend it. After you approve the 3D rendering, we make and photograph a physical pre-production sample (usually within 7–10 days), so you can verify size, weight, plating color and finish before any bulk order begins.
Yes. Before design documents are shared, we sign a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Your exclusive mold is numbered, archived and securely stored, and used only for your brand's orders. We never display customer OEM designs in our showroom or website, and never sell them to third parties.
We accept 3D files in STL, OBJ, STEP or 3DM, and 2D vector files in AI, EPS or PDF.

New OEM tooling carries a one-time mold fee covering 3D CAD modeling, resin printing and steel/rubber mold production — typically US$50–150 depending on complexity. The mold belongs to you and no mold fee is charged on repeat orders. ODM orders on existing styles require no mold fee.

Send 2–3 designs with target price points and we will recommend a matching MOQ and production plan.
Customs duties and import taxes are levied by the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility; we provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes. If a parcel is refused because of import duties or taxes, return shipping, duties and handling charges are borne by the buyer.
