Processing time

In-stock pieces are processed within 1–3 business days. Engraved or personalized pieces require 5–10 business days before dispatch. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Chinese public holidays.

Shipping zones & times

We ship worldwide from Qingdao, China. After dispatch, standard international delivery normally takes 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing. A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Shipping cost & duties

Shipping is complimentary on orders over USD 99; a flat rate is shown at checkout below this threshold. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout.

Returns & exchanges

You may return unused, unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, with all cards and certificates included. Sale items and engraved or personalized pieces are final sale unless they arrive defective or incorrectly shipped. To start a return, contact info@shuyijewels.com with your order number; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility except in cases of verified defects.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned piece is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2-year warranty

Every Shuyi Jewels piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including loose stones caused by faulty setting, clasp failure under normal wear and plating defects verified on arrival. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, loss, theft, unauthorized repair, or wear caused by improper care.

Care guidance

Store pieces separately, avoid perfume and chlorine, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Following these simple habits, a well-finished piece retains its color and luster for years.
