Products & pricing
All products are subject to availability. Dimensions, weights and colors are approximate and may vary slightly between screens and handmade pieces. We reserve the right to correct product descriptions and pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by a manifest error.
Orders & acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation. Engraved and personalized pieces are produced specifically for you and are final sale unless defective. We reserve the right to decline fraudulent or unusual orders.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices are charged in the displayed currency; international payment providers may apply their own conversion fees. Orders are dispatched only after payment is verified.
Shipping, returns & warranty
Delivery, 30-day returns and the 2-year warranty are governed by our Shipping, Returns & Warranty page; importing a piece may also make the recipient responsible for local customs duties.
Intellectual property
All site content — designs, images, text, logos and the Shuyi Jewels name — is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Any review or content you submit may be used by us for legitimate business display, with no compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or products; our total liability for any order does not exceed the amount paid for the products in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
